Liuzhou Huaxia Standard Parts Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise established in October 2001, covering an area of 13359 square meters, with a registered capital of 3.5 million RMB. The company currently has nearly 100 employees.
Its subsidiaries include Dongguan Xinbo Hardware Wire and Cable Factory; Huizhou Xiangming Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Shaoguan Xiangming Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Liuzhou Yonggu Automobile Standard Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Liuzhou Jiangkou Electroplating Factory, Liuzhou Qiaoyi Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Liuzhou Huaxia Standard Parts Co., Ltd. sales office, etc. The products produced include 52 categories and more than 3000 specifications of steel processing, automotive standard parts, non-standard parts, stamping parts, assembly parts, welding parts, etc.
It has more than 800 sets of production equipment, including advanced double-die automatic cold heading machines, two-die four-stroke automatic cold heading machines, automatic threading machines, wire-drawing machines, annealing furnaces, punching machines, controllable atmosphere mesh belt heat treatment production lines, electroplating processing production lines, etc. imported from Japan and Taiwan, and more than 100 sets of testing equipment, including precise HV-1000 Vickers microhardness testers, tensile testing machines, impact testing machines, two-dimensional projectors, multi-element analyzers, and salt spray testing machines.
The company passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification in 2003; in September of the same year, it obtained the ISO14001 environmental system certification; in 2005, it passed the TS016949 international quality system certification; in 2015, it obtained the Supplier Test Verification and Detection Capability Accreditation Certificate issued by SAIC-GM-Wuling; and in 2016, it passed the IATF16949 international quality system certification. It has an integrated management system for product design, manufacturing, and inspection, providing the necessary conditions to meet user needs.
It has a laboratory recognized by SAIC-GM-Wuling Co., Ltd., and has long-term employed many experts in the industry as technical consultants for the company and participated in the company's product research and development. In October 2013, it obtained the Utility Model Patent Certificate issued by the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China; in June 2016, it obtained the Intelligent Fully Automatic Multi-station CNC Wire-drawing Machine issued by the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China; and in May 2018, it obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate issued by the National Copyright Administration of the People's Republic of China.
